In the course of my work I often visit other companys and spend several days in their office. I was recently very struck by a video wall in the staff canteen. It seemed to impress the workers as well. It gave a nice focus for the workers and their were lots of different messages being conveyed. I was delighted to see that the company in question were using the video wall to project very positive images as well as entirely work related issues. I was interested to see that people seemed to be able to focus on multiple messages without stopping their conversations with each other. I don`t know quite how the technology works but I liked the fact that the video wall could hold so many images or just one big dramatic image.
